Dark Thicket Boons: Curiosity and Tenacity

Start with the Dark Thicket forest minigame. Two boons are here. Both are easy once you know where to look.

Boon of Curiosity increases the chance of getting a Heart of the Elder by half. To find it, enter the Dark Thicket and go to the right side. The boon sits behind the waterfall. The hint in the guide says to check behind everything.

Boon of Tenacity requires you to open the chest in the ruins 10 times or more. After the chest is opened, wait a few seconds. The boon will show up in the center of the ruins. If you are unsure, open the chest first thing in a run and come back at the end. The guide notes that the boon takes a few seconds to spawn.

Oasis Boon: Growth

The Oasis is the desert minigame. Only one boon is documented here, the Boon of Growth. Its effect is not listed in the guide, but the location is clear.

Go to the second shop area in the Oasis. Behind where the autoplanter sits, look for a tiny purple arrow that glows on the ground. Move close to it and press and hold E. The hint mentions that if something appears unusual, you should try pressing and holding E on it. That is exactly what you do here.

Note that the Oasis minigame also hides a memory behind the third shop, but that is separate from the boon. The boon is in the second shop area.

The Mine Boons: Rage and Reflection

The mine minigame contains two boons, both found by interacting with purple glowing icons on the walls.

Boon of Rage is on the wall closest to the entry rope. Look about one third of the way down that wall. You will see a purple glowing icon. Approach it and press and hold E to collect it.

Boon of Reflection is located on the wall to your left as you face away from the spawn point, roughly two thirds of the way down. Hold E on the purple icon there.

Both boons follow the same pattern: if it looks out of place, hold E on it. The guide does not state what these boons do, only where they are.

Fuel Shortage Boon: Accuracy

The Fuel Shortage snow minigame has one boon, the Boon of Accuracy. This one requires a specific weapon and some aiming.

You must pick the hand cannon as your loadout. There are three yellow spheres located beyond the playable area that you need to shoot. They remain destroyed, so you can retry as often as you want. The guide recommends playing a round or two to get a range upgrade first, because the spheres are just outside your range.

Destroy all three spheres and the boon is yours. The hint says there are three altered elements on this map, positioned beyond your reach. That refers to the spheres.

Data Rush Boon: Speed

The last boon is in the Data Rush speedrun minigame. It is called the Boon of Speed. The guide gives a partial solution.

Enter Data Rush and proceed to the fourth speed run. In the initial moving platform segment, check for rock formations that seem unusual. The hint suggests searching for anomalous rock pieces, as the developer noted. The guide cuts off there, so the exact interaction is not fully documented. No confirmed fix is documented yet.

Once you have all eight boons, check the shelf in the underground room you started in. It is labeled 'Boons' and shows which ones you have unlocked. The Boon of Curiosity is known to increase Heart of the Elder drop rate by 50%, but the effects of the other boons are not listed in the community guide.
